ARIA attributes on web pages are optional. Sitemorse thinks ARIA attributes are great and beneficial but you don't have to use them. If you choose to use ARIA attributes, Sitemorse checks your web pages to make sure they are: valid ARIA attributes; correctly formatted; and the attribute values are valid. ARIA has no connection with my current foster dog that looks a bit like a meerkat.
ARIA attributes must be valid and not misspelled.
ARIA attributes are better when they are not misspelled.
ARIA labelledby needs a corresponding id.
